Your challenge
As a Talent & Project Matchmaker, you play a critical role in the national matching operations within Business Development at TriFinance.
You act as the link between assignment and consultant, detecting client needs and matching them with the motivation, ambitions and skills within our talent pool.
Based on the intake conducted by you with the client, you translate the client's needs into a clear and actionable profile. You challenge where necessary and help clients think beyond the obvious. You get to know our consultants on the floor, discuss suitable projects with them, and prepare them for interviews with clients.
With excellent communication skills, you provide both clients and candidates with clear and constructive feedback. You also actively cultivate a strong network of interim managers, freelancers and other external talent.
Your profile
- You separate main issues from details and bring structure to an ad-hoc environment.
- You shift easily between multiple assignments and keep the overview.
- You are a mature conversation partner for both clients and candidates, with natural commercial flair.
- Through your coaching approach, you help candidates grow and make informed career decisions.
- You are decisive and results-driven. Giving up is not part of your vocabulary, and you will go the extra mile to get the win.
- Knowledge of finance is a strong asset; interest in finance and human development is essential.
- Your native language is Dutch, and you are fluent in English. French would be a nice-to-have.
