Talent Acquisition Extraordinaire: You’ll own the entire Talent Acquisition process from A to Z— scoping out positions, interviewing with flair, and guiding your chosen candidates through a seamless onboarding process. And get this—every kind of role and profile will cross your path, from entry-level to C-suite. Diversity? Oh yes!

Strategic Partner to Hiring Managers: You’re not just filling vacancies—you’re *transforming* the way our clients approach recruitment. You’ll become an essential part of their HR teams, helping them understand their needs, sharing your insights, and collaborating to create the perfect hiring strategy.

Champion of Continuous Improvement: Do you see room for improvement? Perfect! Your sharp eye will uncover gaps and inefficiencies in the recruitment process, and you'll bring your improvement mindset to the table—proposing creative solutions that’ll make a real impact.

Your profile

Here’s what you bring to the table:

  • You’ve got at least 5 years of recruitment experience under your belt, and you’re absolutely thrilled by the world of talent acquisition.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English? Piece of cake.
  • Fast-paced environments? You’re in your element. Whether it’s brainstorming new ideas, taking bold action, or pivoting with ease, you thrive when things are constantly evolving. If it’s got energy, you’ve got the drive.
  • You’re a communication powerhouse. No matter the situation, you can connect with anyone, whether it’s a senior executive or a fresh talent. Your ability to adapt your approach to suit every context makes you a natural relationship builder,
  • You proudly hold your bachelor’s or master’s degree, and you’re ready to bring that solid foundation to the table, using your knowledge to tackle challenges and create solutions that matter.
