The furthering story of Alex: from recruitment to consultancy

From recruitment to consultancy
After earning his Master's degree in Human Resources (HR), Alex started his career in recruitment at a staffing and selection agency, where he helped people find the right opportunities and supported their growth. After eight years, he felt ready to broaden his horizons. "I wanted to explore different areas of HR, expand my knowledge, and work on diverse projects that could make a tangible impact.” This desire for growth led him to TriHD.
“My sister Anaïs (Project Consultant at TriFinance) introduced me to TriHD, and I instantly knew it was the right fit for me,” recalls Alex. "The people-centered approach and the emphasis on personal growth stood out to me."

Building a career with impact
At TriHD, Alex works on a variety of projects across different industries. At his first project as Talent Partner, for example, he managed full-cycle recruitment, optimized internship programs, and focused on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. "I had the opportunity to map out internship needs across the entire business, creating a foundation for future improvements," he reflects. This initial project taught him how to quickly adapt and deliver results as a consultant.
In his role as HR Recruitment Partner for a financial institution, Alex developed a strategic talent acquisition roadmap aligned with the organization’s ambitious growth goals for 2025-2030. Collaborating closely with Marketing & Communications, he helped strengthen the employer brand while optimizing recruitment processes. “It’s incredibly fulfilling to know you’re making a real impact,” Alex says. "I’m contributing to something that will help shape the future of the organization."

People first philosophy
One of the key factors that sets TriHD apart from others is the support provided to its consultants. "From day one, I noticed that both personal and professional growth is a real priority here,” Alex shares. "I have a Care Manager, a Career Coach and a dedicated mentor for every project, all focused on helping me develop.” This personalized approach ensures that Alex is continually evolving in his role and gaining new skills every day. "There’s a wealth of training material available, and I’ve even had the chance to mentor others as well," he adds.
For Alex, the warm, family-like culture at TriHD is what makes it truly special. "We’re never pushed into any project," he explains. "There's a real consideration for our development, and they make sure the projects align with our career goals." This unique approach is what keeps Alex motivated every day.
