Your challenge

You’re an experienced freelance consultant or interim manager who thrives on variety, impact and collaboration. You recognize yourself in TriHD’s DNA: sharing knowledge, supporting growth and adding long-term value. Together with us, you’ll take on impactful projects with leading clients in the corporate sector.

Depending on your background and the client’s needs, you might:

  • Step into a strategic HR Manager role, shaping and aligning HR policy at the leadership table
  • Act as an HR Business Partner, leading change, optimizing people processes, and advising managers in their day-to-day people leadership
  • Bring structure and clarity to payroll operations, solve complex issues, or support the implementation of a new system
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle as a freelance recruiter, including sourcing strategy and employer branding
  • Dive into compensation & benefits topics, helping clients define what a competitive package really looks like and fine-tuning flexible rewards

Whatever the assignment, you’ll be part of a trusted collaboration where sharing knowledge and learning from each other is second nature.

Your profile

  • You’re a seasoned Human Development professional.
  • You work as a freelance consultant and bring experience in key HR areas such as business partnering, recruitment, payroll, comp & ben, or L&D.
  • You’re fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.
  • You take a pragmatic approach and have a self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset.
