Depending on your ambitions, these tasks can be part of your project:

• Managing and registering personnel information
• Setting up reports related to HR data and personal costs 
• Preparing and controlling of the performances
• Processing on time and controlling of income taxes, overtime and sick leave in order to calculate a correct salary 
• Conducting administrative tasks related to social documents (unemployment, holiday attests, …) 
• Managing labor contracts
• Contact person for questions related to salary and contracts
• Setting up contracts, in compliance with the law 
• Following up and applying the changes in the different collective employment agreements and law

Your profile

Are you a professional in payroll? Are you analytical and solution-oriented? Then we would like to meet you! 

To guarantee our current growth we are looking for freelance HD professionals, eager to do hands-on and operational projects.

As Freelancer you recognise yourself in the following: 

• You are a freelance consultant with proven experience in payroll
• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• You are a freelance consultant with proven experience in eBlox and MS Excel
• You have a critical mindset and take initiatives
• You are communicative and have a commercial mindset
• You are discreet and diplomatic 
• You speak fluent Dutch and/or French; knowledge of English is essential
• You are pragmatic & have an entrepreneurial mindset
• You are an ambassador of our philosophy and are willing to act according to, while working for our clients. This entails an open communication, transparency and pragmatic work style.
• You find it important to give and receive feedback
• You’re a team player, but you can also work independently and are keen to take the initiative.
