Human Development Project Consultant

Your challenge

As a Human Development (HD) Project Consultant you will join the HR department of one of our clients, active in the banking and insurance sector (Financial institutions). Depending on your background and interests, you will immerse yourself in domains such as Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Payroll, Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefits. You guarantee continuity, look for improvements, optimize processes and/or participate in projects.
That's not all! You will support the development of a new team that will focus on offering HD services, based on the foundations of TriFinance. Plenty of opportunities to fully indulge in the world of HD consultancy. Develop internal training? Offer mentoring to fellow consultants? Set up well-being workshops? Or would you rather study the latest forms of remuneration?

Your profile

• You have built up a strong interest and knowledge in the field of human development through studies and/or previous experience and you continue to delve into new HD trends. A first experience in payroll and/or recruitment is recommended.
• A rapidly changing context gives you energy and, moreover, you love nothing more than to show initiative, regardless of your number of years of experience.
• You want to grow as a person and HD professional and you can't wait to use the tools and activities that we have developed over the years. You take control of your career, we offer you the framework!
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, good knowledge of French is a plus!
• Pragmatic doer, open-minded, team player and positive seem to us must-haves to take on this challenge. We're going for it, that's clear?!
