You are part of the “Expert Support Unit Care”. This unit deals with all Human Development (HD) related matters (except payroll) covering the entire employee life cycle, going from recruitment, over onboarding, coaching, mentoring, to alumni. Within this team, you work together with specialists within recruitment and talent development. Besides that you also collaborate with the Care responsibles within our different Business Units.

Your challenge

As a Human Development Business Partner you:


  • Work on different challenging projects related to employee engagement, retention, recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning and development or performance management.
  • Act as a business partner in several onboard initiatives, and are able to discuss/tackle complex business issues with business leaders translating business needs into action plans and solutions
  • Provide information, analysis, and recommendations on a strategic level and convince leadership and representative members about the change and work together with them to implement projects and changes
  • Establish attractive career paths for our Tri-Human Development-consultants. This means you take, for this specific target group, process ownership in the following diverse areas: talent management, introduction programs, personal development plans, learning & development, knowledge sharing and networking, HD analytics and continuous improvement on previous domains.
  • Are responsible for capturing and analyzing learning & development needs for our HD population and translating them into pragmatic learning solutions. Subsequently, you translate the development plans of our employees into learning solutions, both online and offline.
  • Ensure the delivery and application of training standards across the Business Units and oversee the planning, prioritization and development of new training programs as well as learning-tracks in line with the evolutions in the market and consistent with the business overall strategies, objectives and needs.
  • Have some commercial flair, are able to represent our HD consultants at clients. Together with the Business Managers, you can add value to our clients through your expertise. 
  • Are able reflect and where necessary challenge our Portfolio of Services (within the HD-domain) towards our clients  

Your profile

You identify yourself with the following job requirements:


  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience within Human Development/Talent Management in combination with other HD domains such as L&D, compensation & benefits, performance management...
  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree.
  • You have a strong understanding of business, ideally from the consulting industry.
  • You are used to being a sparring partner on a mid-management level and are able to manage multidisciplinary complex projects within a matrix organisation.
  • You have a strong eye for discovering improvements in HD processes, policies and reporting
  • You lead by example in facilitating collaboration and merging conflicting interests
  • You have affinity to work in a process-oriented environment and feel at ease when implementing change
  • You understand how to translate an idea into action and how to realize it.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus
